Exclusive: Prabhasâ The RajaSaab Features Indiaâs Biggest Haunted Haveli

Prabhas is ready to take fans on a thrilling journey with his upcoming horror-fantasy film, The RajaSaab. Directed by Maruthi and produced by People Media Factory, the movie is grabbing attention for a very unique reason, a giant haunted Haveli that has become the largest horror set ever made in India.

Spanning a massive 41,256 square feet, this Haveli is not just part of the background — it plays a big role in the story. Designed by well-known art director Rajeevan Nambiar, the Haveli is full of mystery and hidden details. It’s been built to look and feel like a real place full of secrets, rather than just a movie set. “We didn’t want it to just look haunted, we wanted it to feel haunted,” said Rajeevan. Every part of the set, from its high ceilings to long, dark corridors, has been carefully designed to create the perfect spooky mood. The walls, props, floors, and even the lighting all work together to pull the audience into this chilling world.

The Haveli will be opened to the media on June 16, the same day the film’s first teaser is set to release. Journalists will get an exclusive tour of the set and a closer look at the world that director Maruthi has created. Known for mixing emotions with supernatural themes, Maruthi aims to give viewers more than just jump scares, he wants them to feel every moment. With music by Thaman S, and a cast led by the Rebel Star himself, The RajaSaab promises to be much more than just a horror film. It’s shaping up to be a grand, emotional, and truly visual experience.
